I am pretty sure that one of my favorite things in the whole world is life. New life. Oh sweet babies. I have four sweet babes of my own. I forget how fast they grow. Even my five month old baby is not such a baby anymore. Capturing other little babies, especially newborns, reminds me to soak up the time with little ones that goes away all too soon.
The sweet smell of newborn skin. The squeaky newborn cry. The soft, flaky skin. It goes so fast.
Little hair bows. Tiny socks. Puckered baby lips. Too fast.
Yawns and baby stretches. Sleepy eyes. Eyes barely cracked open trying to filter the light.
Itty Bitty and Pretty. Oh sweet baby, how precious you are.
